We visited Glastonbury Abbey several times during our 1-year stay in the UK.
The ruin just stood still -and it was very impressive. The opening which used to be an entrance of the building remains as the opening- just to nothing.

We enjoyed a lot (we stayed there due to my husband's sabbatical year of his university.)
Unfortunately had no chance to visit Ireland, but I can see it also delicately beautiful place full of nature through tho photos in your blog. I hope someday I could get chance to visit !
